Most of you young guys and gals won't remember this, but one of the first fitness gurus was Charles Atlas. Google his name and his technique of "Dynamic Tension". Perfect for drivers, I use it all the time and the only thing harder than my muscles are my arteries.
I used to have a Bullworker, same concept. I believe is was a Charles Atlas logo’d product. About 40 years ago...

When I first started I had a Pete 579 with two bunks and I would take the front wheel off and lay my bike down on the top bunk on some foam. Put the wheel in a wheel bag and hang it up.
Now I'm in a flat top Kenworth without a passenger seat. I leave it attached to my Kickr and I have a piece of 6x6 with a mount for a thru axle. (Front wheel off)
It takes up alot of room in a tiny cab but it's worth it to me.
I've also had the ability to store it vertically behind the passenger seat of other trucks.
Your also able to store it on the rear of the cab but it gets dirty and any metal would rust quickly with road salt and rain water without it being in a bike bag. And I've got a pretty nice bike so between corrosion and theft that option is out for me.
