Newbie Needs More Advice... Sorry Guys

Jared, I just finished Schneider training and I was paid more than $300 per week just for training. Plus they paid for my hotel room, 2 good meals a day, transportation, and other benefits. They have been true to their word in everything I was told to expect. PLUS they gave me the benefit of road training with their reigning Trainer of the Year, who was a phenomenal teacher. So far, I would say you can't go wrong by starting your career with Schneider and staying under their umbrella. There's a good reason why I met so many drivers and instructors who have stayed with the company for 20, 30 and even 40 years and are very happy with their careers.
