I learned a little saying when I was still driving intrastate. "if ya don't lock 'em....chock 'em" And the boss would come look at all the trucks when we parked after work...You would be fired if your truck was parked and not chocked. We always carried 2 chocks on our truck...and used them more than you'd expect. Had this man chocked his truck, it wouldn't have rolled onto him... Glad he made it thru that...
