Stuck In Victorville

I'm at the Pilot in Victorville. My mentor just got picked up and is going home for the day. So I will try and do laundry here and do something. We can't deliver until tomorrow night.

Eat, shower, laundry, sleep as much as possible. big scott laughs at me cause i constantly do laundry. But some weeks spend more breaks at customers than at truck stops. i once drove 4 days in and out of Iowa looking for a truck stop with laundry. And my cell got no data or reception. I decided Iowans smell cause they cant do laundry and have no friends becasue of it. therefore they dont need cells and data.

i apologize to Iowans who can wash their clothes.

I should have checked this an hour ago. I had to drop something off at my sister's place in Hesperia, I could have stopped by for some coffee. I'm already back home in OC.

When I was a student, my trainer split a few times. I would take advantage of the opportunity to go to a movie, go to a restaurant, do laundry, shower, take a walk, get some sleep, etc. Nice to have a break.

Victorville is still terrible when it comes to crime, both property and violent. Hesperia, right next door, is fine though. I actually thought the Pilot was in Hesperia; it's way south of the worst parts of Victorville, from my understanding.

Well good morning TT people! Well I got a shower, laundry done, clean up the truck a bit watched "The Great Wall " went to eat at the restaurant called the Outpost Cafe came back to my luxurious accommodations and went to bed. Woke up a few minutes ago and of course we still can't deliver 'til tonight. Trying to remember all the macros.

PackRat It is pretty harmless here at the Truck Stop. There are enough truckers here to have a full football game. Seems many that I talked to yesterday can't deliver until tonight. One has been sitting here since midnight Sunday and delivers 5pm. Anyway this place seems harmless.

Rainy I like having my clothes clean and a shower to make ya feel refreshed. So Big Scott nothing wrong in all that.

Grumpy How could I get into trouble at a Truck Stop sitting in the truck.

I do have a question for Rainy, I think you said you haul refers? Anyway, this last one we picked up is the loudest we've had and it runs and then shuts down then in a little while starts up again. Is this normal?

Yes I have the house to myself. At first after he left, I sat in the driver's seat and just thought now what do I do. I knew I was going to do laundry, take a shower and clean. But then what? Anyway, too much thinking. Not that we talk all that much anyway.
