That's good news, I agree, it can be intimidating... I passed my CDL in Nov. and it's been a challenge to find a company that will give you an opportunity with little or no real experience. I also did 160 hours one on one driver training for YRC, the academy I graduated from, and then the 160... But it seems normal for companies to expect an additional amount of time with their trainers Good luck with the interview and road test.

Got my CDL in Dec., completed my 160 Hour Cert in January (Seems most companies I want to work for require it.)
But just got off the email with Halvor Lines and am scheduled for drug and driving test tomorrow (1/16) at 12:30.
I'm excited but nervous!
