TBH, I doubt even Paige, Chris and some of the other Woldings not in upper management probably don’t know entirely what is going on. They probably know a little more than the rest of the employees do though.

I did the 90 back today. Patrick is correct on how to get the pace count.
But all I had to do after getting set for my pivot point is crank the wheel right until I was at 90, and at that point your fandoms should be centered on the pivot point.
Then you crank the wheel left and start backing. The only time I needed to pull forward is if I was running out of space upfront.
The beauty of the system is if it starts going bad, it is simple to get back to the start.

If it starts going bad, for instance I was too close to the trailer closest to the truck. As I backed it let getting closer and closer. At about an inch apart it was apparent it was not going to work. I simply reversed direction until I was back at 90, spun the wheel all the way the other way until the truck was straight. Then I backed up about a foot and started over. Went right in
