I have started this 5 times. Each time I hit that menu button at the bottom. And then I lose everything. So Thanks for all of the responses. I do appreciate it.

I dont know how many times I've done that, that menu button is in a bad location, lol

You won't lose anything if you hit that button. Just scroll down and hit the red "x" to close that window that popped up and the same screen will still be there.
