Thanks Patrick. I will give them a call at that number.

Good idea. This is the message I was sent after applying:

Thank you for taking the time to apply to Prime Inc.! We get a high volume of applicants so to expedite the process please give us a call at 800-554-8759 to connect with an available Recruiter. Our Recruiting team is available 7 days a week during the daytime. If you have any issues or questions, feel free to reply to this email. We look forward to connecting with you soon.

I originally applied in December to start in mid February. Recruiter told me to redo application towards the end of January.

Doug, did you have a chance to call the Prime recruiter line? Just curious if you got an update.

I called and left a message and waiting for a call back, also waiting for a call from Millis.

Prime hasn't called back, but Millis told me I live out of their hiring range.

Hey Doug!

Don't give up! Meanwhile, I would try Roehl Transport.

CDL:

Commercial Driver's License (CDL)

A CDL is required to drive any of the following vehicles:

  • Any combination of vehicles with a gross combined weight rating (GCWR) of 26,001 or more pounds, providing the gross vehicle weight rating (GVWR) of the vehicle being towed is in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any single vehicle with a GVWR of 26,001 or more pounds, or any such vehicle towing another not in excess of 10,000 pounds.
  • Any vehicle, regardless of size, designed to transport 16 or more persons, including the driver.
  • Any vehicle required by federal regulations to be placarded while transporting hazardous materials.

Little update. Called Prime again this afternoon and was told to once more leave a message, which I did. Maybe the recruiter is on vacation or out sick. I will probably hear something before long. I only applied about a week ago. I'll be contacting Roehl as well.

I applied to them yesterday and had gotten a call today by a Recruiter named Ryan. He told me the 30 day thing also. Maybe your info went awry?

Hopefully we will see each other rather on the trading yard or out one the high wat
