Im running a team training truck. I have an AWESOME student who made the last month easy. Easiest money I ever made,

This is my one week pay from Friday Miles: 5167 (upper left) Gross + Per Diem: $2111 + $258 = $2369

That comes out to 45cpm for teaming. So brag to me about how im not making money or treated terribly. My savings and 401k is booming!!!

CPM:

Cents Per Mile

Drivers are often paid by the mile and it's given in cents per mile, or cpm.

Per Diem:

Getting paid per diem means getting a portion of your salary paid to you without taxes taken out. It's technically classified as a meal and expense reimbursement.

Truck drivers and others who travel for a living get large tax deductions for meal expenses. The Government set up per diem pay as a way to reimburse some of the taxes you pay with each paycheck instead of making you wait until tax filing season.

Getting per diem pay means a driver will get a larger paycheck each week but a smaller tax return at tax time.

We have a ton of information on our wiki page on per diem pay

Brandon, What is your "handle" over at the Truckersreport. I would love to drop in and read some of your post over there. 90% of the posts and replies over there are practically identical to yours. This site is where new drivers come to get reliable and helpful information.

I get it. You guys love the megas and think they are gods gift to the trucking industry. Not everyone shares your beliefs.

And my paycheck with Ozark was almost that big and I've been there 18 months! LOL

We get accessorial pay too.

And it doesn't count if you have a student! LOL Ozark pays almost 600 a week for trainers, those guys are making hefty 6 figures. I'm not talking about those, gotta compare apples to apples guys.

HOS:

Hours Of Service

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

No one is disputing your career at Ozark... your my Dog is bigger than your Dog is juvenile, total JV.

You however are on a feckless crusade to trash every mega carrier without the firsthand experience of ever working for one. Calling one of our most trusted Miderstors a liar.

We are making the same or more with same or more experience at the megas. Good drivers; safe and efficient can make good money anywhere.

If it’s so great at Ozark, why then are you actively looking? I’m sure they’d be happy to know all of the discussions with the competition’s recruiters. Must not be so great then...or your just a troll. You lack credibility..,

Starting to wonder...

He can't produce it. He's already told us he's making less than seventy thousand. He's forgotten how much he's already revealed about himself in his efforts to appear superior to everyone.

I just got home and saw this mess. The first part of this conversation is good. Then Brandon showed up and it became a mess, but you guys put good time into it and taught a lot of good lessons for others to see. Do you want me to keep this conversation as it is and issue a warning at the start of Brandon's stuff that says, "Warning: The garbage you're about to hear goes against everything we know to be true and you'll see why from our explanations" or do you want me to delete everything after he started spewing garbage? I'll leave it up to you guys.

I put him on the watch list but he's not banned. Just don't approve any nonsense of his.
