Well, what happened? Did you finals go well? I have been lurking on your thread. Hope everything went well!
My tests all went fine. Finished with a 94 average.
I failed my 90-degree alley docking during my state exam. They rescheduled me for Thursday...that was cancelled due to ten inches of snow on the test route and am impassable parking lot. TDI is working hard to get my class, last weeks class and the group that is supposed to test next week taken care of ASAP. The folks scheduled to test this week will have to wait, anyway, because they weren't able to get their three-year motor vehicle records (MVR) from the highway department as they were also closed due to the weather.
If I can raise the gas money, I'll drive up to Richburg Monday and get some hours of practice on the test pad, backin' her up!
Stay safe (and warm)! Rick
The Substance Abuse Professional (SAP) is a person who evaluates employees who have violated a DOT drug and alcohol program regulation and makes recommendations concerning education, treatment, follow-up testing, and aftercare.
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.

Hang in there. You will get through it!
I certainly hope so.
Daughter's wedding was yesterday...I'm broke! LOL. Family is helping us get by with my main concern being getting rescheduled for my test, now that the weather has passed, and second concern is having the gas money to get there. Honestly, once in get the time scheduled I'll start walking, or be ready to walk back if either is necessary!
Failed my test a second time. Over correcting led to my tire going out of bounds.
Testing again, Monday, weather permitting.
Things did not go well on my second and third test attempts. I'd have to wait 60 days to retest in SC. I don't have the luxury of waiting that long before getting a j.o.b!
In the mean time, I relocated my family to FL to help make ends meet, so to speak. Looking now at companies that will train me so I can move forward in my new career as a truck driver.
I was too nervous for my test the first, second and third time. Per SC law, I have to wait 60 days to test for my CDL again. That presented the challenge of making ends meet for my family. I moved us down to FL to be closer to our supportive family.
After exploring my options, TDI is going to provide me refresher training at their Milton, FL campus. I'll hear next week when my three day course will start. I can't wait. In the mean time, its back to the High Road and refresh my memory to prepare to take my endorsement tests.
