Rainy that would not suprise me at all. I would think they could just oder them with super singles , hmmmm interesting for sure. I’ll take a set of 24.5” if they need to get rid of some, lol.
A single, wide wheel substituted for a tandem (two wheel) assembly. The main benefit of a super single is a reduction in weight and lower rolling resistance which provide better fuel economy. The disadvantage is the lack of tire redundancy (or a 'backup tire' in case of a blowout) from which tandem wheels benefit. A tire blowout is more dangerous with a super single and can not be driven on.

Its probably cheaper for Prime mechanics to swap them than what the dealer charges for the super singles

Rainy, What is Primes reasoning behind singles vs duals? Just curious.

Fuel efficiency.
I have never driven with super singles before, always duel from the time I was in school and once I came to Schneider. It has been useful a few times when I had blown drive tires.

Here's something that isn't discussed about leasing....all Prime trucks come from factory with duals and Prime puts super singles on. It is suspected by one of the mechanics that they sell the duals to local vendors. Then if the lease op wants the duals....they are charged to put them back on!
