Incorporate the Mr Examiner into your practice.

Nooo, that's part of my examiner anxiety problem, they want us to say that, but all it does is reinforce the fact that I'm being tested, I'll be my usual polite and respectful, but I'm going to avoid saying that.

That is why you practice it. Say it enough times and it just becomes words in a speech you memorized

Tested on pretrip by my trainer today and I did way better, i think i have testing anxiety beat😁
