As far as editing your certificate, take a pic of it with your phone and use the editor on your phone. You should be able to black out what you want to hide. That's what I do.

Do you ever get close to Carlisle PA? Or possibly Mifflinville, PA? We have a terminal in Carlisle and the Loves in Mifflinville is a frequent fuel stop for us if we have a load goin east to NJ or back west out of NJ.
