It is a must. And if you go through it all you will know log books better than a lot of experienced drivers and some instructors.

Hey John, Welcome to the forum!
There is absolutely no better way to learn the information you need than the High Road Training Program.
Jump in there and plan on giving it a few weeks of effort - there is a lot of info in there, but it will cement it into your mind and I can guarantee you that something is wrong if you don't pass your exam after taking the High Road.

I just checked his scores and he's working on the High Road. He's flying through it too! He's 31% of the way and he just started two days ago. Go get em!
I tried it with just the manual and all i got was a bunch of what on gods green earth is this? I couldn't make heads or tails of it. I then found this site and the great training program Brett has come up with. My first time through I had a bunch of halts and was in the low 90's. Rest my program and done it again I think I have had three halts.
The first one was for not reading the questions right before answering. that last two were in the logbook and weight and balance sections. Trust me when I say Brett has done an amazing job getting this program to where even a guy like me can breeze through the CDL exam.

I took my written test yesterday and failed. I have read the manual front to back and can answer all the questions at the end of each section. I have also took a million practice tests online and pass them all with 95% or higher. Help please! Any advice on good websites, apps, or anything to help me figure out what's going on so I can retake it and pass.
