OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
The gym membership would like be a waste as you won't be able to get to them.
Some drivers carry weights and a bench and mat in their truck.
Many TAs and Petros have little fitness rooms.
Walking/jogging/stretching always an option.

Resistance bands and jump rope.
Dont weight anything and easily storable.
A fitness mat might be a good choice too.
I do resistance and “Dynamic Tension” (google Charles Atlas). This can be done as you drive. As a result, the only things harder than my muscles are my arteries
