Ohhhhhh yeah. Wow! I measured it at a 65 degree angle. That's incredible. Not only would everything fall, as Tractor Man pointed out, but all the turn signal fluid would leak out.
For the record these places do actually tip the entire combo, whether you're day cab or sleeper. It's cool as hell but also mildly unnerving.
I would not let these guys turn my truck like that, my stuff would be everywhere
A tractor which does not have a sleeper berth attached to it. Normally used for local routes where drivers go home every night.
I dunno how you keep your cab but I had very very little stuff fall out of place when doing this. It's a gradual raise, and there's a couple back and forth shakes at the zenith to loose any product in the trailer, then gradual back down.
Frankly it serves as a good display of what you need to secure better or move elsewhere in the cab, without the damage that comes with something smacking your head.
When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.
One of my drivers was telling me about this the other day - he had a load of carrots - said "they unloaded me really fast!" and took these pictures:
You can also just back up really fast then slam on the brakes. Might have to do it a couple of times, still, it shouldn't take long
I've delivered to landfills before, but had not seen this, machine picks up trailer and dumps load, they call it a "tipper"

Dave, that's a great idea. Really thinking "outside the box"!
Anyone still currently get 'unloaded' like this ?!?!?

I literally just did today. Bulk gypsum from St George UT to the Penny Newman BNSF yard in Fresno. I took a video, I'll post it to my tube channel. Also, Edna's state fair ride last year
