Could be tonight, or it could be a lengthy wait. I’ll be in this bed either way. I’m in the highest priority of needs for a transplant. Only 2300 transplants per year in the US. Unfortunately, many more are on the needed list. Think 2300 X 10 waiting....Cost of a transplant (parts and labor) is from $950K to $1.3 Million. Luckily for me my insurance is covering it all. Be an organ donor. If you aren’t already, sign up for it. Remember, you can’t take it with you. That’s all for now.
