Weird. I would make a trip to the DMV( I know, you would rather have a ROOT CANAL!), and sort it out in person. I don't think this is a phone call situation. Plus, I doubt they answer the phone anyways! Sounds like a pretty simple fix to me.

How long have you held a drivers license, any license....what year? Was this only in the state of Missouri?
I had a regular drivers license ( non cdl) from 2010/2011 all the way up to getting my class b permit in 2017. I went to the dmv earlier and they said that's the only thing that was on my reccord was class b and up till now 2019

Update: My recruiter figured it out and said 2019 laws have changed on MVR. He says it's not just me having this problem. Cant wait to start next week and get something going.
An MVR is a report of your driving history, as reported from your state Department of Motor Vehicles. Information on this report may include Drivers License information, point history, violations, convictions, and license status on your driving record.
I'm going to apologize for not getting back with you. Hope that what you most recently posted will clear it up. Just sounds like a very odd situation, for sure some type of glitch on their records keeping end.

So I'm having one thing stopping me at the moment... I have no accidents or anything on my driving reccord.
I got my class B to drive a school bus OCT. 2017. I had a regular drivers license since at least 2010 or 2011. I got my permit for a class a cdl and only had to do the combination endorsement.
My recruiter says it doesnt show anything before the 2017 CDL class B. I went to the dmv and it doesnt show before 2017. I live in Missouri and I'm confused and trying to figure this out.
I had drivers license from 2010-2011 Got class b permit, September 2017 Got class b full license with school bus, passenger, air brake endorsements. 2019 March - got permit for class A
