I’m a Roehl driver in their refer fleet and I’ve been here 7 months. I went through their GYCDL program. I can attest that they are a great company. Hometime is very important here too and they will make every effort to get you home. However in this industry with the way shippers and receivers are set up and the way HOS is be prepared to get home a day after your request some of the time. It isn’t Roehl’s fault when that happens though and please don’t blame them. Also just to let you know if you are going home every other weekend you might not get the better runs. Just be aware of those things when going into this and it is important that you are flexible.
