I was just like you. Had a good management job. Making good money working 5 days a week. But was not happy with it. The same stuff you are dealing with. Ie, office politics, and stress. I have my cdl. And just finished my first week with the trainer. I am loving it. At this point money isn't a big deal. I know I will be making more in time with experience. Just keep thinking why did I wait so long to make the jump.

I’ve got 16 weeks in the books. I think I have been diligent and hard working. My take home pay is averaging $800 per week, give or take. Multiply that by 50 weeks and I think that might be a realistic rookie pay during the first year.
