No reason to be nervous, just be yourself and things will work out great. Unfortunately out on the road you may deal with some BS but there are people like that in any industry. This forum for the most part is very accepting of everybody. As long as you own up to your mistakes and dont try to place the blame on others for your mistakes, or blame your company you wont have any issues fitting in here. Here we could careless what your age, gender or race are. You'll find that any company you choose will handle any issues that may arise during training if they're aware of them, but let's be honest in training will deal with BS and most times its easiest to just suck it up and deal with it as you likely wont see your trainer again. If you'd feel so inclined I'd love to read a diary of your schooling and training. Please hang around the forum, during your training and first year you'll want to quit several times. We can help you hang in there. We have a great group of moderators and experienced drivers here who will help you make it through the first year. If you dont have your permit yet I'd suggest utilizing the High Road CDL Training Program here. Almost everybody that's used it has aced their permit test on the first try.
