Do trucking companies count the time from when pleaded to a felony or do they start counting time after your sentence is complete.

Once you served your sentence

Usually time starts upon completion of sentence and/or any probationary period.

It's a case by case thing. Majority, yes from completion of sentence. But there are some the count from date of conviction. I was told by a Schneider recruiter they do it from date of conviction.
