Ya know, when I first read the title of your thread, my first thought was "now how the heck did he know???"

I'd privately talked with Rainy on this sometime back, but I knew she wouldn't throw me in.

Definitely an uncanny and timely coincidence haha.

Yes, the timing was very rare.

But I will say this. I see in you qualities that I saw in my favorite instructors at the Academy and especially my road trainer. So the question is not so much about your students liking you because they will. The big question is will you like the new gig? I hope so because you will be great at it.
