Hi Alondra, If you start calling and speaking with recruiters, keep notes for each company on a separate page or you will soon forget what each company’s policies are and what each offers. And when you zero in on a company that you want to apply to, try and confirm what the recruiter offered, preferably in writing. Good luck!
Old school... I did ask every one of them that was applicable to me and my situation in email when I applied for my first job. My current (and only) company.. my recruiter answered every one of them in writing, within the hour. I asked just over 50 questions, including if loads were paid actual hub miles or hhg miles.
I truly love my company. When my recruiter did that with no hesitation whatsoever, I was completely sold on their forthrightness and honesty. West Side was the ONLY company willing to answer in writing.
