Here’s the phone number to call for current restrictions: 757-331-2960. Condition restrictions are categorized by Levels. Level 1 is winds up to 40 mph. No issues. Level 2 is winds up to 47 mph (Gale Force). Must have 15,000 payload on a trailer, in addition to your empty weight. No empty trailers. Level 3 is winds at 55 mph. You should be parked at this point. Level 4 is winds of 60 mph. Cars only. Level 5 is winds of 65 mph. Again cars only. I’m not driving anything with wind speeds of 65 mph! Probably not 50 mph unless it’s life or death. Level 6 is closed to all vehicles.
