On a side note I hope YRC doesn't merge with Holland, my understanding is Holland makes money while YRC hemorrhages it. A merger would be the death of Holland.

How were you able to take the Permit and Endorsement tests before getting your DOT Medical Card? What State do you live in?
I was able to take my permit/endorsement tests prior to getting a DOT Medical Card in GA. I don't think they would actually print them out and give them to me, though. I believe I had to come back with the card before they did that....

So after my year was up, I decided that insurance was really important to me. It took a few months, but I got hired on at Holland. It’s a division of YRC and I believe they are going to be merging everything soon. I have a new respect for city drivers. I am also getting the backing practice that I need it so badly! Still struggling with out a bit but getting better. I am getting into some really tight docs but it just takes me a little bit longer then others. I don’t worry about it, I get paid by the hour now LOL
