The waver is a pain in the ass to get iv been going through the process since march 2021 they ignore your application for 5 months then they start being picky I had to take 3 versions of the field of vision test and resubmit my proof of employment 3 times because they didnt like the wording each time requires it to be notorized. Finally 3 weeks ago they sent a email saying the eye dr note saying the vision condition was not up to their standards because it was not watermarked, voided rx note , or official leaderhead. Does anyone know how to get the vision waiver? I’ve printed off the waiver form for the DOT physical but when I took it to my eye dr she had no idea what I was talking about and wouldn’t help me
