As others said Wal-Mart or Western Union or you can get one of those Wal mart debets cards i think theu are called green dot and have the wife add money that way.

I lost my bank card and I’m broke on the road. What’s the best way a trucker can have his wife send him money? Is there a way? Thank you.

Most pilot/flying J/TA's have a Western Union. If your credit/bank card is still active and you know the info, you could send the money to yourself online. Or your wife could send money as well. No matter the method, you will be required to call up WU and obtain a "Pin" number to complete and pickup the transfer.

PayPal or Cash App if you have a smartphone. Then use Apple Pay or Wallet till you get a new card.

This may not help the original poster but... Depending on your bank and if you have a branch near by (uber keeps your card info I think) you could go to the branch and answer security questions and make a one time courtesy withdraw. I'm sure amounts vary but expect them to be less than what you would need for a week to get back home. Someone else mentioned phone apps like Apple pay, Pay Pal. Also works in a jam.
