I am so proud to announce something I just read on another thread.
One of our members really struggled in training, and faced challenges with backing. Mostly, she was really tough on herself and lacked confidence. She stayed on her trainer's truck way longer than normal, went solo, then went back out with a trainer to improve her skills.
Once solo she called me a few times for help but she was determined to make this work.
This person just announced that in 5 months solo, she has earned $23,000
That is $4,600 per month and she is headed for $55,200 her first year!!!!!
Totally amazing!!!
Donna, you are the "Prime" example of a "No Retreat, No Surrender" driver!

U crazy woman! I’ve had two screw ups just today! A man ran a red light, slammed on brakes stoppped right in my driver door. Not even a scratch. Then I missed the side road to Tyson, and then realized I weren’t going to fit under the rail way stopped in the middle of 4 lane. Trying to decide what to do. Here goes another prime he figured out why I was stopped. He slammed on brakes. We both had to backing down a dang 4 lane.
If you were early and didnt hit anything... you did a great job!
We all screw up. I drove all over Phoenix lost rhe past two days. I always add an hour to trip planning for getting lost time though lol
