As of July 1st I have been completely vegan. I no longer eat any animal products. This has made me feel great. I've lost additional weight and have more energy.
This started after watching The Game Changer on Netflix.
I highly recommend anyone wanting to go this route investigate for yourself.

Been vegan for coming up on 2 years now. I still indulge in a moderate amount of honey. Bees produce way more than they eat and don't seem to mind sharing!

In the mid 80s did the vegetarian and then vegan eating under an Osteopath that was vegan. He said it would help me lose weight and feel better. Vegetarian wasn't so bad because I ate eggs and cheese. Did that for about 10 months and I lost some weight but not near enough to get off the Fat-Boy program. That's when he suggested I cut out the eggs and cheese and eat no animal products. I did that and 7-8 mths later, I passed out one day and got put in the hospital....severely anemic. A different doctor treated me and when he found out I was not eating meat, he had me eat beef, beef liver a couple or three days a week. It was that or get iron shots....nope, I don't do shots. I took iron pills and ate liver. After building my blood back up, I was to eat red meat at least twice a week to maintain my levels and more wouldn't hurt.
Now, granted that was before the internet and I probably did something not right, although the Osteopath thought I was doing okay. But something about my system requires me to eat red meat so I don't become anemic...probably the vitamins and minerals in meat that you can't even get from pills. I just won't go that route again.

Truck drivers who regularly pick up from or deliver to the shipping ports will often be required to carry a TWIC card.
Your TWIC is a tamper-resistant biometric card which acts as both your identification in secure areas, as well as an indicator of you having passed the necessary security clearance. TWIC cards are valid for five years. The issuance of TWIC cards is overseen by the Transportation Security Administration and the Department of Homeland Security.
I have had T2 diabetes for 10 years. When I was diagnosed, my A1c was 13.1. Yeah. I did a ton of research and ended up going on a ketogenic diet. In 6 months with no meds, I was down to 6.1. I maintained that for 8 years and then "fell off the wagon". This time I was 8.4. Back on keto, added metformin and in 3 months was back to 5.8. If the vegan thing doesn't work for you, try keto. I did the vegan thing, but the carbs were just too much for my body. I wish you the best with your issues!
Have no clue what is going on here, medical card, once i am passing it goes to the DOL, electronically, everything else is void
