Amanda...you probably backed in as speedy as any other driver....And you did it right. But the next time that those 4 wheelers get to buggin' ya to hurry up, just put this little video in your mind...You are delivering THEIR toilet paper...and THEY have been out for awhile...so what HAVE they been using ?? That little ditty worked for me for alot of years.....and made me laugh every time....rofl-3.gif

Air blowers- they are very nice tool to have and I was lucky enough to have one already in my truck. I use that in the day time so by night when it comes time to clean my floor it's not as dirty. Makes it easier also helps with the mats I have in my truck.

When I get frustrated I turn on an audible book I just finished "The Help". Makes time go by faster and calms me down. I do on occasion put on the radio but there is lots of dead zones which sucks.

Brett Thanks for the tip on not letting the little things get to me. I just finished delivering my load in la ca of all places tiny narrow streets extra hard to back . But I managed to get it can't say I was completely straight but I was straight enough. People were getting upset cause I had to block off the road to back in. That Sucked the most for me. People are rude as all get out.

Going around you behind you not letting you finish backing granted I'm slow cause I'm new and nervous. But I'm getting it little by little.

Dead zones? Oh you must be one of the few drivers that do not have a satellite radio yet. Dead zones no where and you can listen to the same channel across the entire country without loosing signal.

I love the Golden Age of Radio. Way before my time but those old time radio stories are awesome. And that's only one of hundreds of channels. You name it and it's on there. Only $14.95 a month and totally worth it.

Oh there is the Trucker complaint channel (Road Dogg) that covers nothing but trucking. All types of music and talk shows. I recommend Sirius radio over XM due to less sports interruptions even though they are the same company.

OOS:

When a violation by either a driver or company is confirmed, an out-of-service order removes either the driver or the vehicle from the roadway until the violation is corrected.

Lol I have a mess of satellite radios myself. Not cause they did not work but because I was always up grading them. I love Sirius radio. I even have the home stereo unit I can take the radio out of the truck and take inside to listen to. Super awesome.
