Click this link: FMCSA PSO Report
The CSA is a Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) initiative to improve large truck and bus safety and ultimately reduce crashes, injuries, and fatalities that are related to commercial motor vehicle
The FMCSA was established within the Department of Transportation on January 1, 2000. Their primary mission is to prevent commercial motor vehicle-related fatalities and injuries.
What Does The FMCSA Do?
A department of the federal executive branch responsible for the national highways and for railroad and airline safety. It also manages Amtrak, the national railroad system, and the Coast Guard.
State and Federal DOT Officers are responsible for commercial vehicle enforcement. "The truck police" you could call them.
My question is this: Preventables are not all the same, are they? Some preventables on private property do not result in a citation. They go on you company record, but not on your DOT record. Is that correct? If so, the type of preventable would factor into the record keeping. Any insight from you smart guys????

Yes there are different degrees of Preventables. But that was not her question, which was answered in the link I provided. It stands to reason, Dalla knows the event is already on her PSP, otherwise she would have asked a different question...
Although many (arguably most) Preventables do not warrant a citation, they will go on the DVR...and when referencing previous employers, the fact a preventable occurred will likely come-up in that conversation.
Mistakes such as Preventables, Traffic Citations and Company Conduct follow us around...that's the major "take-away" from this Bruce.

Teams at CFI will be running. Married teams do very well because all money is pooled. Prepare to run coast to coast and if so desired go to Canada as well. The majority of their fleet is two years old. They take excellent care of their drivers and equipment. With 100% bias, I highly recommend them.

Just wondering if any fellow truckers know how long a preventable accident stays on your psp report.
And if anyone has any knowledge of the team driving experience with CFI & WILSON LOGISTICS, good and bad.
Thanks
