This has been one of the hardest few months of my life so far
I wish I could tell you how many times I've seen newbies in training say that exact comment. It's tough getting this career started. I know all about it.
Hang in there Ice Cream Man. Someday maybe I can stop you when you're passing by, and congratulate you in person. You've made it this far - I think you're gonna make it happen!

Well sorry it’s been so long with this . So if you may remember my snot so clean trainer. Well, after a few goes at it with my FM . I got a new trainer and things are going well. I thought my last trainer was teaching me stuff well I was wrong new guy has 10 years of class A otr under his belt and was like starting over it’s been great a lot hard trying times mentally but I have pulled through. This has been one of the hardest few months of my life so far but hey, I keep trying and I will get through this. Any one coming in looking for advice the guys and women here are great; straight-forward and no BS. Thanks to all of you. Will be back after my upgrade but for now back to training and driving
OTR:
Over The Road
OTR driving normally means you'll be hauling freight to various customers throughout your company's hauling region. It often entails being gone from home for two to three weeks at a time.
Fm:
Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager
The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.
