I went off duty today with 1.5 hours left on my 70. I have 5 hours coming back tomorrow and 10.5 the next day.
1. Do the 5 hours get credited at 12:01am?
2. If I start my shift tomorrow at 5:30pm and pull over a few minutes before midnight, will I have more hours at 12:01am to continue driving?
Based on your number, assuming that we are starting at 17:30 with 6.5 hours on your 70. If you drove 6 hours without stopping you would stop at 23:30. At 12:01 you should have 11 hours on your 70. This assumes no time zone changes and no other on duty time. Hope this helps.
