Congrats Brian, it's an exciting time!
Try and not let the excitement of it all make you so nervous you can't drive that rig. Relax, take a deep breath, and show a little confidence when you are testing. They know you are not an expert, and frankly that's not what they are looking for. They do want to see a little confidence, and they want to see that you understand how to operate a CMV in a safe manner. If you miss a gear or grind a few gears, don't let it rattle you, just show them that you know how to recover and that will go a long ways in your favor. My transmission sounded like an animal growling the day I tested, but I passed, and really that's all that counts on that day. Don't worry about your score, or your technique, the main thing is that you pass - all the rest of that stuff can be polished up while you are driving and earning a paycheck.
A CMV is a vehicle that is used as part of a business, is involved in interstate commerce, and may fit any of these descriptions:
Oh man....today's the day! Best of luck! Let us know how things go for ya!
Brian...you have studied...You have practiced...You have learned....
YOU CAN DO THIS !!!! when you sit down in that seat...big breath....and tell yourself....I CAN DO THIS !!!!
Show that confidence you have in yourself...let it shine...let it settle your mind....
I'll be rootin' for ya....I'm confident you will be fine...

Tomorrow I test for my Class A license!
I'm nervous, but I'm also confident I'll pass. I just graduated from Century College today, we had our final session today. I completed 180 hours of classroom and driving time. I'm looking forward to my next adventure!
