Those accidents were on my personal record 4-5 years ago. Noel my recruiter said they only saw the one in January 2015. I had gone to the DMV to get my own employer driver report, and nothing from 2014 showed up just 2015. So basically my record is clean. Now as far as accidents with Swift I found out that swift never reported them and my hireright.com report proves that. They go back 10 years and they can see all my really old tickets. I now have a +3 points with no tickets, no accidents, no mishaps. So not sure if I said anything about accidents in my last post but yeah thats the most recent news.

Dm:

HOS refers to the logbook hours of service regulations.

There are a lot of reason why they took someone else over you. The type of accidents, if you took responsibility and look to learn from it, your home location so don't take it so personally.

Sorry, but not to pick on you personally but when people say my record is clean other than X it makes me laugh. Its basically meaningless, it's like convicted murderer saying other than my 2 murder convictions my criminal record is clean!
