I did some research. First I found a list of Texas state CDL testing offices. Then I used Google maps Satellite View to look at Dallas CDL range.
If you look closely you can see the cones, but I don't see any lines. Just a quick idea.

When I tested in Nacogdoches, TX we had no lines and no cones. We had a curb with two parking signs. We were instructed to park near the curb in between the two signs, and they showed us where they wanted the truck sitting to start the maneuver. That parallel parking was done prior to the road test. If we messed it up we were done for the day. If you failed it you didn't move on to the driving portion of the test. We tested in this order...
1) Pre-trio
2) Straight line backing
3) Parallel parking
4) Driving

The side you cross, all the training videos have a reference line for when to turn but I don't think there is a line there during the test. I asked someone who's been there and they said no.
