So while not wanting to put the trailer before the tractor (so to speak) I do like exploring options...

Found a campground 30 minutes from Veriha HQ which offers seasonal camping. Called and spoke with Nicole (owner with husband Chad). Really nice lady. Turns out while the water is off to the campsites they have showers, toilets and laundry open unless we get a "super freeze". "Seasonal" site is advertised at $1,675 plus metered electric. They have some people from Texas staying there now. They live onsite!

I may be able to move my 37' 11" Newmar Class A Motorhome and "run" out of HQ!

No. $1,675 plus metered electric FOR THE SEASON! Like May 1st - October 15th or so. Guessing something like $200 / mo. or less!

Wish I could find a deal like that. I am currently living out of my truck. On my home time I spend it with my girlfriend who has a townhome. And also Drive 3 hours and get a hotel to see my younger daughter. I'm saving money but I still feel like a homeless dude. Never in my life have I been a situation like this. I want to buy my own house. But I'm wondering if this situation is going to affect this? I have an incredible credit rating and money in the bank

That sounds like a decent deal to me. You will probably pay close to that for storage where you would not have as much access to it.

Currently paying $30 / month for outside storage- paid through end of year. But sitting for two months or so without being started killed the battery. Swapped out main battery with a newer Interstate I bought at Costco last year. Fortunately I had a customer in the area. (Earned $140 cash for trips to bus to try to start her and to actually get her running!)

What's the housing issue? Living in your truck now wanting to buy a home? Pretty sure debt, credit and cash are most of what they look at there. Where you have been living seems like something they can't (or won't) really even consider.

How does it work for the rest of the year? Do you have to find somewhere else to go?

No. Owners live onsite. Water to campsites will be off but unless they get a "super freeze" they keep water to bathroom / showers and laundry on. She said her husband handles the financial end of things but my best guess is they would be happy somewhere around $2,000 for a full year... especially from someone who will rarely be there, is handy and willing to help out if needed!
