I see you ran into Errol and Old School at the museum.
Came upon this catastrophe two days ago south of Green Bay. Apparently, the trailer was NOT locked into the fifth wheel at the shipper (just across the right side of the intersection).
I didn't see any other vehicles involved with this luckily. There were two heavy wreckers lifting the trailer, two fire trucks, and a few police cars on the scene. Oh, the temperature was also -5 degrees F.!
Not the phone call I want to make to dispatch!
The customer who is shipping the freight. This is where the driver will pick up a load and then deliver it to the receiver or consignee.

Not exactly from the office window. I did have time to kill in Salt Lake City though. So I got a lyft to the Museum of Natural History. Very nice museum. About a $21 ride (one way) from the Prime terminal.
Terminal:
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
