Old School drive flatbed for Knight. I'm sure he will give you scoop.
Thank y'all kindly, now that the easy part is done I look forward to learning the lessons of the road. If all goes as planned, I hope to be out with a trainer mid January! Thanks again!
Great job!!
Congratulations!
I still remember that feeling. It really feels great getting that testing behind you.
Now reality sets in. It's time to get to work.
Knight is a great choice. Just remember that getting yourself established at this isn't easy. There's so much to learn. Hang in there and you'll do fine. Avoid the whiners and complainers at the terminals. Stay in touch here and we will help you any way we can.
Which Knight terminal are you going to?
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Congratulations Driver!
Congratulations!
Thank y'all kindly! Cannot wait to get out there and learn the real ropes of the trade. The feeling knowing outta 22, I was the 3rd first time go. I'm really excited about this new journey!

Fellow truckers, Haven't posted much, been pounding my brain with knowledge last few weeks for test today. Was nervous at first, but the flow just started for pre trip, nailed maneuvers, no hit cones or encroachments. Had a few moments of 4 wheelers being you know what, but outta our class of 22 and testing all week, I'm only number 3 for 1st time go, and 4th overall getting it. I appreciate everything on this forum and credit it all to the information found here. So, tomorrow morning I get to take a trip to the DMV and get that squared away. Happy happy happy. Looking forward to my start with Knight! So any Knight drivers here, I'd like your opinions on Knight as a whole. I know no place is perfect and pay isnt a million dollars a year, but I have talked with the terminal manager out here for Knight and he's a stand up guy, and I like how he conducts business so I feel at a minimum this will be a great start.
