If you're not in violation and you're not being asked to pay for repairs, keep rolling. I've been in some real clunkers in my life. I started out in the late 90's in a cab over Pete that I know was older than me. But me and her had an agreement, that if she'd get my load there on time and get me home I'd keep the non driving rookies away. Did that for 2 years. Best. Truck. Ever.
You'll have nice trucks as you progress in your company. I'm currently in a 2019 and just last year a 2015. So stick it out and just drive.
