Guido, you shouldn't even be concerned with CSA scores. Ultimately it means nothing when considering your employer. Concentrate on the things that fit your wants and needs. That CSA score is not anywhere close to being an accurate analysis of what it would be like to work there.

I am considering doing my first OTR training with T/A, but wonder if their CSA score should prevent me from considering them? The recruiter tells me it pays well and I would like to go into Canada, which they do. So how much is really fluff?
