I am well aware living in southern Florida handicaps you to the number of opportunities. Maybe next time I make it to southern Florida we can do lunch or something. We do have each others numbers. Have a number of things that are keeping me stuck here (not the least of which is the opportunities for a hire here). If you ever get my my place - you'll see what I'm talking about. It really comes down to getting to that breaking point, where I say "screw it, let's do it". OTOH - coming in with no recent experience - I'm gonna have to get humble (or at least act like it) and try not to be the Rickipedia I'm accused of being. Too much knowledge and a closed mind, can be a real detriment. I believe you always have to keep an open mind and consider the possibility that you're not ALWAYS the smartest guy in the room.
