I am wondering how it's possible to accomplish that. It seems like a whole of work to achieve such a position.
That’s gotta be a fake photo. Photoshopped? It’s funny, but can’t be real.
How 'bout, it was lifted up in the front using a fork truck with a side attachment on the forks and moved into position? But the brakes would be an issue. Maybe trailer was put on rollers then rollers removed?

You can easily release the brakes with cage bolts That's how tow companies move tractors and/or trailers
Never good when the sign specifically names a company.
