Finally! Someone has brought attention to the DEF hose issue!

I always have wondered why that hose is so hard to pull out. And also, some DEF pumps are so slow that you can take your 30 min. break while pumping out 15 gallons.

My complaints have always fallen on DEF ears.

No rhyme or reason concerning individual DEF location pumps as to why some are glacially slow or not. Last winter, I had a three day string where I could not find a working pump across multiple upper midwest states as all were frozen. I ended up purchasing the jugs at 2.5X the pump price.

For the hose reels, I always expect these to take two hands and legs to extend the hose. Extra strong springs I guess, but no idea why.
