If these uploaded ok this is the pictures of the post honoring OS on Facebook. Also great article as always Kearsey. LEGENDARY gratz to PackRat, Rob T and PJ on y’all’s Moderator promotions. I couldn’t think of 3 better people than y’all to move up to there. Great decision Brett on that.

Good article, Kearsey. Your trainee's situation closely resembles mine - only that I haven't started at a company yet. Good food for thought.

Congrats to the new mods and congrats to Old School! Although Old School should know that I will be gunning for that same honor at whichever company I hire on with once I get rolling. If I end up driving for Knight, then look out! 😎

Congratulations to PJ, Rob T & PackRat. When ever one of you posts something or replies, I always read it with interest. Much deserved!

Rainy's (Kearsey) article should be a must read for all Newbies and anyone in need of interior decorating ideas for their truck.

"Old School"...you rock-it Sir! Great respect and admiration for you and the work you do on this forum. Congratulations on the award!

Dm:

Dispatcher, Fleet Manager, Driver Manager

The primary person a driver communicates with at his/her company. A dispatcher can play many roles, depending on the company's structure. Dispatchers may assign freight, file requests for home time, relay messages between the driver and management, inform customer service of any delays, change appointment times, and report information to the load planners.

Awesome! Love the fresh blood and CONGRATS to Old School! Now I have to go read Kersey's new article and see if I can use that to share with the drivers we have to deny, but I can't help but try to help! (I always tell them to come here, but most are too stubborn to take advice - which is usually the biggest source of their problems...)
