What Does A Quarantine Due To Coronavirus Mean For Truckers?

Occasionally I'll stream Bubba The Love Sponge morning show. I was listening to a previous show this morning and they were playing audio clips of a video titled "Event 201" which was a tabletop exercise to show what happens in a pandemic. What struck me as weird is that they refer to it as a coronavirus and nearly everything they mentioned (atleast in audio clips I heard) is exactly what's been happening. I haven't had the chance to watch the entire series on YouTube yet but what's most bizarre is this was done October 19th of last year. Just under 2 months before the first reported case.

Turns out, Brett was right. Pennsylvania is expected to go into "Shelter in place" over the weekend with the national guard enforcing it. Only those working "essential jobs" will be allowed to travel.

Wonder how that will work out. I still have to be out here so are they going to give us permits to be out? Otherwise the power doesnt stay on, waste and water wont be treated and animals will starve because feed cant be made. I'm more concerned that this will force the quarries closed and then we won't be able to do our job anyways. And then everything falls apart.

They posted a whole list of what's essential and what isn't. Animal feed falls under essential. The list is 8 pages long.

It's becoming very obvious that this was all premeditated. Richard Burr, a senator in the intelligence committee, sold off a large portion of his stocks back in February. They all knew this was the plan all along.

Yeah, there were a few politicians that were in a special private meeting about coronavirus who sold off major portions of their portfolio before the market started dropping and all of this was announced. They knew this was the plan.

They also continue to shut everything down very deliberately and systematically. They're not making sweeping changes at any one time. It's just a steady march toward worldwide in-home quarantine and martial law. We're getting closer by the day. They just wanted to do it at a pace that was efficient, but wouldn't cause panic. It's like you don't want to give people too long to think about it, but you don't want to do it too quickly either. So far they must be incredibly pleased.

A friend of mine who has been working through all of this has been watching busloads of troops going by all week on what was described as "old, gray school buses" - so you could see the troops coming all week. They've been on the move.
