Hi, Lucy;
Welcome to the forum! In the future, just pull up your initial post, and add details to it (rather than creating a new post) so we can follow along and better assist. :)
To answer (or at least address) your question, did you discuss with your company going out for additional training with a mentor and maybe taking some safety classes, rather than termination? Oftentimes they will be happy to do so, rather than lose an employee/driver altogether.
If that's something you've already done, or cannot do, I've heard Western Express to be a VERY good 2nd chance company; you could start by contacting them. In addition, we have on this site, an app that will shoot your application off to many companies, all at once. One fill out and many sends, saves you time! BE CANDID about your situation, however. Own your mistakes, and don't sugar coat them.
I wish you well, and hope you overcome your hurdles, Lucy~
Best of luck;
Anne :)
The beat advice I can give is to apply to as many companies as you can. Your backing accidents might label you as a "risk" for insurance purposes but it doesnt hurt to try. Best of Luck to you!

Does anyone know who will hire me after having 2 backing accidents?
