Try Black Horse Carriers or Eagle Express not sure if they are near you. But around Chicago they have part time jobs.
How will you have any hours available? All hours must be counted towards your 70 regardless if the other job includes driving.

True about the 70, Rob T. Would need to know more from the O/P about his hours for the city. OTOH, Black Horse Carriers IS indeed hiring from their Hinckley terminal for P/T drivers (and F/T of course!) and they are a good outfit, here in Ohio. Half hour south of Cleveland. They have terminals in Toledo and Perrysburg (Ohio) as well. Not sure where you are in Ohio.
A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
70 hours total for sure.
Don't want to take the approach of, "I just won't tell them." If something were to happen, the slimy lawyers get involved, and it will come out during the Discovery phase.

Regional:
Regional Route
Usually refers to a driver hauling freight within one particular region of the country. You might be in the "Southeast Regional Division" or "Midwest Regional". Regional route drivers often get home on the weekends which is one of the main appeals for this type of route.
