Ya so I did my 34 in Montgomeryville PA this past weekend and went to a flea market. I got me a few toys
Cool toys but how are you able to fit the two taxidermy pieces and the parrot in your truck? 😆
So Sunday I was stuck in Ohio for a 34. I was bobtail so I drove the truck to Cowen Lake State Park. My dog and I had fun but I had passed some canoe and kayak rental places on the way there. I drove to one on the Little Miami. There was around 100 or so people standing around waiting their turn. I had no reservation but they were willing to take me because it was just me, not a group, which was nice. I mentioned it was just me and my dog. Apparently Ohio politicians covid19 mandates makes it illegal for them to rent me a kayak because of the dog because someone might pet my dog and get covid19 from her....seriously??? I tried bribing them with a 20 spot, then 40, then 60...no can do. I called two other rental places and got the same reply. I was livid. There are 100 plus people standing around with ZERO PPE being worn, not even by the workers but I cannot rent a kayak because someone might touch my dog that cannot even contract covid19? AARRRGGGHHHHHHH!!! of well, at least the lake was fun but we didnt stay long because we went to kayak then I didnt have enough PC to go back to the lake and still make it back to overnight parking.
"Bobtailing" means you are driving a tractor without a trailer attached.
This bumper sticker is one I picked up at the Eagles Landing Flying J truck stop in Beaver, Utah yesterday. It's located at exit 112 off I-15.
Wendy's next door, deli and a small restaurant, plenty of truck parking. There's also room to walk around, as Rob D. (Andy) described earlier when they did a 34 hour reset here.

A facility where trucking companies operate out of, or their "home base" if you will. A lot of major companies have multiple terminals around the country which usually consist of the main office building, a drop lot for trailers, and sometimes a repair shop and wash facilities.
Electric APUs have started gaining acceptance. These electric APUs use battery packs instead of the diesel engine on traditional APUs as a source of power. The APU's battery pack is charged when the truck is in motion. When the truck is idle, the stored energy in the battery pack is then used to power an air conditioner, heater, and other devices

This if one of the many reasons I’m looking so forward to getting started. I just drive my personal car across the country in July from Utah to Ohio and was just blown away by all the scenery. It’sa whole different world.
While this was home time, I thought I would share some pictures of Door County Wisconsin which by the way does anyone know where it's at the name?
Want to visit the moth man museum in PT pleasant wv. Drove by it about 20 times. Never seen no mothmans in wv yet. Here's hoping.
Did the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame about a month ago while near Cleveland. As a child of the 80's I'm still angry Pat Benetar was not voted in again this year. See if you can match these items with their owners...
